To celebrate St. Patrick's Day, all pupils, from Nursery to Y6, were given the opportunity to explore the world of dance and participate in an Irish dancing workshop led by a champion Irish dancer and past pupil, Gabriella.

Not only did the workshops provide a fun experience for our pupils but also offer them the chance to discover new skills and potentially find a passion for dance they never knew they had! 

Gabriella guided our pupils through the fundamentals of Irish dancing, teaching them traditional steps, footwork and vibrant rhythm. 

It was wonderful that Gabriella took the time to visit her primary school. Our children got the chance to learn from the best and be inspired by her stories of dedication and achievement. 

We were all in awe as she took to the floor herself in Gold Book Celebration Assembly at the start of the day.
