The Caritas Ambassadors made some delicious crispy cakes and sold them every day at break time for a whole week. They spent their lunch times making them for the next day. All proceeds went to St. Joseph's Penny. 

Of course, they also made an extra batch which was delivered to the residents of Linden House.
