The Fantastic Book Awards inspires reading for children aged nine to eleven. FBA is an exciting opportunity for children to meet, discuss and share views about their reading in an informal way and vote for one of the five books they consider to be an FBA winner. 

Throughout the year, FBA have had webinars with authors and illustrators, conducted question and answer sessions about the text that they are reading, met weekly to discuss their current novel and celebrated their love of FBA with an afternoon tea and story time where the regional winners - Space Blasters Suzie Saves the Universe, by Katie and Kevin Tsang - were announced.
