Monarch's Assembly led by Year 2 Children, Summer Term 1

In year 2, culture, rulers and democracy are the key themes. In the Autumn term, a study of significant people delves into the world of how we learnt to fly! In the spring term, the children build on their understanding of our local area and culture, followed in the summer term with a study on democracy. Children learn what a monarch is and their role in society.
