Concerts and Productions

At St Antony's, we firmly believe that the arts play a pivotal role in nurturing our pupil's creativity, confidence and expression. Through drama, singing, dancing and acting, our children have the opportunity to explore their talents and develop essential life skills.

Participating in school concerts, class assemblies and productions not only fosters confidence but also encourages pupils to express themselves freely. The arts provide a safe space where our children can explore different characters and emotions, enabling them to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others. This inclusion creates a unique sense of community amongst pupils, where strong relationships are built as they work together towards a common goal.

Our school performances not only entertain and delight audiences but also serve as a testament to the dedication and effort our children put in. This is a chance for parents and close relatives to witness the growth and development of their children firsthand.

Through experience, we have found that productions are not exclusive to confident and extroverted children. We have seen how participation in school plays and musical events can help our quieter children flourish and come out of their shells.

Music Performances and Productions for the Year

Our commitment to performance begins in nursery; our youngest children, brimming with enthusiasm, host a Christmas sing-a-long for their loved ones to enjoy.

As educators, we are privileged to witness the transformative power of performance in providing a well-rounded education for our children where we nurture a generation of confident, expressive and creative individuals.
