Year 1 and Year 2 were invited into prayer by our Year 5 Pupil Chaplains. The focus was on the Holy Spirit inspiring, comforting and encouraging us. We gathered together, sitting in the round whilst we listened to the Word. The children then had time to explore the different prayer stations. At each interactive prayer station the children are invited to the pray… to listen, reflect and respond to God’s voice. At the end of the prayer stations, the children came back together for bidding prayers and a final hymn. The children thoroughly enjoyed this form of creative prayer.
